Questionnaire:Beauty Breakdown

In today's post I will answering the questions from the beauty breakdown tag from YT.


SKINCARE
-How many times do you wash your face daily?
Twice

-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
Dry at the minute, but combination in the summer (because I'm awkward that way)

-What is your current facial wash?
No 7 radiance hot cloth cleanser

-Do you exfoliate?
With a beaded one once a week, but the hot cloth cleanser is a gentle exfoliant anyway.

-What brand do you use?
No7-Boots

-What moisturiser do you use?
At night I'm using a thick layer of oilatum intense repair cream. In the morning/early afternoon (Lolz) a light Nivea one for dry skin.

-Do you have freckles?
Some in the summer.

-Do you use eye cream?
Yes a lancĂ´me one (I got a sample in a goody bag that's lasted me 3 months so far!)

-Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Not in general, but I do get the odd hormonal spot!

-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
I'm not sure we have that in the UK...but no I haven't taken any medication for acne


MAKE-UP

-What foundation do you use?
Revlon Colourstay in 150 Buff

-How about concealer?
Collection 2000 lasting perfection in light or MAC select moisture cover in NC15

-Do you know your undertone color?
Yup. Pink.

-What do you think of fake eyelashes?
Awesome invention!

-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yep, but sometimes I like it a bit dried out, so usually I don't bother to follow those guidelines! Ohhhh ima rebel!

-What brand of mascara do you use?
I use a massive range...my favourite one at the minute is a Primark one called Whip Lash! It's pretty awesome! My all time favourite has to be Falsies black drama from Maybeline though!

-Sephora or MAC?
We don't have sephora in the UK. So can I add debenhams? Looks like I just did!

-Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
Not yet!

-What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Um...brushes...??

-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes/face
Yep I use MUA pro primer for face & ELF eyelid primer from the £1.50 range.

-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
A nice nude like the first pan in the Sleek Au Naturel palette.

-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Gel...awkwarrrrd lol

-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Don't really use them, so not often!

-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
Love!

-Do you use mineral makeup?
I use ELF mineral booster powder as a setting powder

-What is your favorite lipstick?
Ahhhh such a hard question!!! Um for this season it has to be Sleeks red lippy in Stiletto

-How about lipgloss?
I don't really wear a lipgloss but I may add a bit if clear over my lipstick

-What is your favorite blush to use?
The Balm in Down Boy

-Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
Big palettes & things that sellers can prove are legit :-)

-Do you like drugstore makeup?
Generally all I use.

-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
Rarely. Mine are rubbish...:-(

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
I'm training to be a makeup artist...so yeh I do lol

-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
No

-Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Agh just one??? Ok the WORST is that sexy orange line between ones chin & neck.

-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
Neural eyes with bright lips!

Which celebrity always has great make up?
Fearne Cotton. I love the winged eye & the bright lip!

If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Lipstick.

-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Yes it really doesn't bother me. Not because I have flawless skin just because it doesn't bother me to go bare faced...:-)

-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
Oh yeh I'm well sexy all the time....:-/ I just think I look normal lol What an awkward question....

-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
Ehhh I haven't come across a decently priced range that has everything I use...I love to mix brands.

-What do you think of Makeup?
It is a brilliantly creative outlet and can help people in a number of ways. Including confidence building...:-)
